Dubai, UAE, March 15, 2021 – The International Center for Biosaline Agriculture (ICBA) and the Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) have agreed to collaborate on, among other things, capacity development and knowledge sharing.
