Our benefits package includes a range of benefits and allowances that are determined according to the staff member’s position, home base, and number of dependants. These benefits include a housing allowance, transportation allowance, education allowance, annual leave ticket, shipping and repatriation allowance, insurance (medical and life), and end of service allowance.

Salary scale

To retain the services of a qualified and committed team of staff, ICBA strives to provide salaries that are competitive with other comparable organizations. New staff members are appointed on a scale corresponding to the job family of the position which is set based on the nature of the work to be performed, level of responsibilities of the position, and the skills and competencies required for the job.
