Food and Water Security Office

Her Excellency Mariam bint Mohammed Saeed Hareb Al Mehairi has been appointed as Minister of State for Food Security following the ‎Cabinet reshuffle of October 2017. Her responsibilities include overseeing the development of ‎necessary infrastructure to achieve food security objectives in line with “UAE Centennial 2071”.

Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi

Established in 1996, the Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi is committed to protecting and enhancing air quality, groundwater as well as the biodiversity of the United Arab Emirates desert and marine ecosystem. The Environment Agency - Abu Dhabi seeks to raise environmental awareness, facilitate sustainable development and ensure environmental issues remain one of the top priorities of the national agenda.

Islamic Development Bank

As a multilateral development financing institution located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, the Islamic Development Bank strives to foster the economic and social development of member countries and Muslim communities individually as well as jointly in accordance with the principles of Shari'ah (Islamic Law). The present membership of the Bank consists of 56 countries.
