The International Center for Biosaline Agriculture(ICBA) is an international, non-profit agricultural research center established in 1999 through the visionary leadership of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) Fund, the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development (AFESD), and the Government of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). ICBA is seeking a motivated Soil Scientist to join our team. The incumbent is expected to perform the chemical, biophysical and biological analysis, as well as the characterization of different soil types in marginal environments characterized by aridity and salinity. The incumbent must design and deploy experiments using both soils and microorganisms under marginal environmental conditions. This incumbent will also be responsible for data analysis and interpretation.
