Mr. Abdulrahman Khanji has joined as the Procurement Specialist at ICBA, where he leads the procurement function to support the Center’s strategic objectives through effective sourcing, contract management, and resource optimization.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and a Master’s in Supply Chain Management from the University of Wollongong. With extensive experience in procurement, tendering, evaluation, contract management, supply chain, logistics, and event management, Mr. Khanji brings a comprehensive skillset to the role.
Prior to joining ICBA, he served as a Procurement Specialist at the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), where he played a key role in managing procurement operations across various programs.
At ICBA, Mr. Khanji ensures that procurement activities align with global best practices, UAE regulations, and the Center’s internal policies. His focus is on streamlining procurement processes, enhancing supplier relationships, and driving cost optimization. He is committed to delivering high-quality services to both internal and external stakeholders, with an emphasis on transparency, efficiency, and value creation.
