Mrs. Febin Shams

Mrs. Febin Shams joined ICBA in 2019 as HR Officer. She serves as the focal point for all HR support functions for staff. Her duties include ensuring that day-to-day HR activities are carried out effectively to maintain a supportive working environment. 

Prior to this role, she had worked for more than eight years with leading multi-national companies like Vodafone and UST Global.

Mrs. Febin Shams holds a bachelor’s degree in literature and a post-graduate degree in human resources.
